Victoria Ryder

Victoria is an HCPC registered Clinical Scientist, with over 12 years’ experience of working in fertility clinics in clinical, operational and leadership roles.

Victoria joined the team at NUH Life in January 2023 as Quality Manager, helping us to ensure our ongoing HFEA compliance, working towards ISO 15189 accreditation and driving our clinic development strategy.

Victoria brings with her a wealth of experience as a previous IVF Lab Manager, HFEA Person Responsible, Donor Coordinator, all alongside her role as a Clinical Embryologist, in both the public and private sectors, including at Complete Fertility in Southampton and Lister Fertility Clinic in London.

Working in fertility is a huge privilege for Vic, who is passionate about providing ethical, transparent and compassionate fertility care. Victoria is also our Complaints Officer at NUH Life and responsible for patient feedback.
